Filipinos overseas are invited to watch the live-streaming of Bayanihan
ng Bayan: Anong Taya Mo Para Sa Bayan events from January 24 to 28 over
the website www.ptv.ph.
Bayanihan ng Bayan: Anong Taya Mo Para Sa Bayan is our collective
response, in the spirit of bayanihan, to the needs of our fellow
Filipinos. Through the house build and through other activities
participated by volunteers, we will be able to illustrate the various
ways our fellow countrymen can help the victims of typhoon “Sendong”.
Beginning with this initiative, the government wishes to gather
commitments from all over the country to rebuild the devastated area of
Northern Mindanao.
The Events were organized by PCOO in Partnership with the EDSA People
Power Commission (EPPC) in response to the needs of fellow Filipinos in
Northern Mindanao. President Benigno S. Aquino III will participate in
the activities, specifically in the Presidential Lunch and Caucus with
Local Government Unit heads on January 25.
